That boy

Not that long ago, I met this guy. I had my doubts about him since he acted very different with his friends than with me. He gave me my first kiss, it was nice, but I didn't feel anything for him.
Just two days ago, we saw each other again, and it made me see, the real him. He is disrespectful to women, he makes jokes on cost of other people's feelings and the only two subjects he wants to talk about are: Beer and women. He insulted me in many ways and all he could do was laugh about it. The only things I did was giving him a slap in the face and a sarcastisch laugh. I walked away that night in the hope never to see him again. I don't regret the fact that I had my first kiss with him, but I'm glad it didn't turn out into anything more...

''Ik mis je''

Mijn hart raast als de malle. Alsof het elk moment uit elkaar zal barsten. Ik zie geen publiek, maar ik voel ze wel. Ik hoor de anderen om mij heen diep in en uitademen, maar wanneer de muziek start, verdwijnt dit naar de achtergrond.
Het publiek is muisstil en terwijl ik dit schrijf, voel ik mijn benen verzwakken en de adrenaline weer door mijn lijf te voelen.

Wanneer er tempo in de muziek komt, begin ik te glimlachen. Mijn arm zweeft door de lucht gezamenlijk met de rest. Tot we de grond voelen...
Het voelt koud en hard aan en toch is er iets in ons allen wat ons laat kruipen over deze koude, harde grond als leeuwen, zoekende naar een prooi in de open weide.
Tot er plots in onze ooghoeken een schim verschijnt en ons weer terugneemt naar de realiteit. We staan stil, hevig ademend, we staren naar het donker, we staren naar het niets.
In automatisme lopen we achteruit. Alsof het donker ons binnen de kortste keren op gaat zuigen. Mijn rug verzwakt, maar wij allen verlangen naar een grootse uitbarsting van geluk.

We beginnen te vliegen....

De koude, harde vloer ligt op ons te loeren, op ons te wachten tot we op hem neervallen. We proberen op te staan, maar de grond houdt ons tegen. De muziek verdwijnt, het publiek is muisstil en we vallen in een diepe slaap. De zon komt op en richt zich op een van ons en dit is waar ons toneelstuk ''Ik mis je'' begint.
